The ability to have an intimate relationship with another human being has been essential for humans for at least 10,000 years. In fact, the ability to get away from one’s physical body means having such a valuable emotional tool that many cultures have taken it to the extreme when it comes to how they deal with their loved ones.
Many of the most ancient cultures, including, for example, Mesopotamia, have a special system of social rituals. Women are often stripped of their garments of clothing, they are put in tiny containers and their hair is tied up in a specific arrangement. They are put in small vessels, called gourds, which have to be emptied with the help of a large stone and then filled with a drink that is served in another container. This ritual was to allow the women to be able to talk, to talk, to talk with their loved ones in the same way that you and I would talk to our parents and other family members.
It’s an important ritual for maintaining a bond between a pair, something that happens every day on our planet. How does dancing enhance your self-esteem?

There is a very strong correlation between dance and self-confidence. In China, for example, the Chinese call a dance style called “Jingjing” “the foundation for happiness.” That’s a very significant attribute. Dancing also aids in stress reduction and relieves stress, in a way that it’s not typically given in our world, that, “Hey, I’m stressed! I’m so stressed!” It removes the mental stress that we have every day.
Dancing is such a powerful experience that it can help remove the physical pain that people experience from the everyday. It helps to eliminate emotional reactions to situations in your life, so that you might experience those negative feelings the rest of the day.
