A little: you may find saffron oil or saffron tincture to be helpful. But don’t take it in a huge quantity – it has a nasty side effect – you will feel like running a hot water heater in your head for 5-10 minutes at a time (which is not easy for anyone). Read more about it here and here. Saffron extract contains no psychoactive properties and you should only take it if you know what you are doing. Read more about it here and here.

Passionflower [10]
A plant which looks like a cross between a rose and a tulip. It was used to make “red roses” from a long time ago. It grew in China from about 1000 BC to 1100 AD, then it was exported to Rome. It can still produce beautiful red flowers that are popular among fashionistas.
The word is derived from the Sanskrit “purnja” meaning blossoms and “ganga” meaning flower. The name was first heard in ancient India. It then spread from India to Spain, Greece and Germany. It was not until after World War II it started to be produced in large quantities. It was originally produced as a spice, to make it so that cooks could make hot beverages by mixing spices (which can be hot) in milk for brewing tea and cooking. But now the demand is for use to create the aroma of food (e.g. for perfume).
The plant is also used to make a beautiful perfume, as you can see from various fragrances. You can easily create your own perfume by mixing different essential oils and essential oil blends.
It is widely used as an astringent, but can also be used for health purposes too; i.e. it is sometimes used as a laxative.

Papa Johns Apples (Astragalus membranaceus )
It was formerly known as the Papyrus apple. Now it is known as Papyrus apple because of the papyrus script that covered the apple of the same name. It was originally cultivated in the Mediterranean but it has become widespread around the globe since it was first collected in Egypt 200 years ago.
It grows anywhere and its fruit is small, which makes it ideal for baking.
