The fresh green leaves are crushed, dissolved in water of choice, placed in a container and then filtered through several layers of cloth and dried. Then turmeric powder is added and then the filtered mixture is pressed into paste. The turmeric paste is used for its color. This process is used in many Indian restaurants and restaurants in North America.
In America, turmeric is now a well-known spice and a product of American culture. As such, it is used in many areas of the world. As the spice grows from the spice bush, it grows into larger and larger trees with larger leaves; hence, the name “curried turmeric” was proposed. However, in the Indian states of Andhra Pradesh and Gujarat in India, turmeric is still the popular food and the name is rarely used for it. The turmeric in America is a little different because of its size and that turmeric root is also part of turmeric extract. The extract is not as large as that produced from turmeric but has an extremely high amount of turmeric.
