You have 2 options:
You can try for a pole
It will probably only take 15 minutes to set it up, maybe even 15 minutes, and you’ll be done with it by 5:20, in fact it’s easier (and quicker) to dance around the living room couch for 30 or 40 minutes than it is to set up and start pole dancing on the floor of the house.
You could learn how to make yourself better, but you’ll never make anyone better and it’s probably best not to try learning how to make yourself better if you can’t see what can be done to improve yourself!
If you don’t have a pole, you could still try to get one, it’s not guaranteed that you’ll be okay but you’ll probably be less bored than if you get the pole.
Can I do pole dancing without the pole?
Some other people who are interested in pole dancing do it without poles, see these discussions:
Should I change my name when I get pole dancing?
You can change your name if you are changing your gender or name, if that’s what you want to do. You have to apply to the county. If you can’t use your real name it might be a problem. I’ve had a few people ask if they could change their name if they were going to use pole dance, please don’t ask me about that.
How do I set myself up for pole dancing?
Here’s what I recommend:
Watch videos on videos on dancing (I haven’t tried this yet), then read the questions below.
Go to your local Pole Dance Club.
Ask permission first, you should give that permission after you make sure the club is licensed, and you understand what it’s all about.
Once permission has been given, you can sign the form and your permission will be issued.
There may be a fee for registering for pole dancing, you can read more about that.
Register in a club that’s in your local area.
Go to your local public library.
