Well, you might as well ask your kids if they want to be an actor. Or if they want to be a sports star, or a musician. They will both answer the same thing: Yes.
Is getting better?
That’s not what we’re interested in.
We don’t care if your brain is getting smaller, or that your body fat percentages shoot up. We don’t care if your body fat is getting better every single day, or that your waistline is shrinking—the goal of our program is to achieve the highest potential of your natural potential, and to use technology based on advanced science to accomplish it.
There is only one way to achieve all of those things together: You must be able to exercise like an animal. That means you must get in the best shape possible, and use that to your fullest advantage to build and develop as a human being. Of course, everyone has different goals for their fitness and health, but in order to stay healthy, you have to do as much as you can. The key is to be in shape, and then get in shape.

A dream is an experience wherein one is immersed in a different reality. It may look and sound like ours, yet it’s not real. I can walk around and not feel my body moving, or see objects as if in a movie, but I can’t even see the house from where I am sitting.
