You can do this by clicking on the ‘edit file’ button at the top-right of every Word document, then selecting File > Open as Picture in the Open dialog box.
The open window will show you a thumbnail of the picture in the document. Click on the thumbnail and then drag the picture to the right-sides (or top-right) side of the window.
To start the picture editing process, we will start by taking a look at the ‘text’ part. To do this, click the ‘text’ thumbnail (or open your picture view in the Paint application, as shown in figure 1).
Paint > Fill > Add.

Your new text area can be as small as 20-25 lines of text or as large as 50, 60 and 70 lines.
By default, the text is set to fill the whole width of the document. However, this is a good design convention where writing large texts is a good idea.
We will now work on the ‘mark’ part of the picture. We will add a few dots and lines to the image and draw them a bit more finely than a simple stroke.
Next, go to the ‘Draw…’ dialog box in the Paint application.
Paint > Draw.

At the top of the menu, select the ‘Draw…’ button and then click on ‘Draw….’ to open the image drawing dialog box.
Start drawing the outline of the picture with the pencil and lines, and with the eraser (or paintbrush).
Paint > Fill.

The ‘fill’ layer will come in handy when you want to create the background, and you will see how in the next chapter.
It helps to define a different background image for each layer, however you can fill the entire window at once if you want.
Once you are done drawing the picture, click the ‘Save…’ button at the bottom-right corner of the window and then choose the file name of the picture you just made (in our case it is ‘WIP_Picture_01.png’).
Finally click on ‘Ok’.
Now you can go back to your original document, open it, and try to figure out what you did.
